Still Thursday

Well I have just finished a rideon the turbo trainer. We didnt go out on our bikes becuse Hubby is still feeling dizzy.But it turned out for the best becuse it started to rain here at 2 minutes past10 and we wouldnt have gone out on our bikes anyway. Its now 11.30 and its still raining. When I finished my ride (12.8 miles ) H made us both a cup of hot chocolate. He then taped up my face and has gone up to do an hours excersize himself.While he is up there I am going to do my leg exersizes. When he comes down we are having chicken soup for lunch.
