As soon as I got up I weighed myself. I am back to the weight I was before Christmas. (125.4 ) lbs. I had porridge for breakfast but I didn’t like it I will not be having it again. I emptied the dishwasher and put everything away and we had a coffee and I fed the birds. For lunch we had a cuppa soup and a peanut butter sandwich. After lunch we went for a walk we went further than our first walk and next time we will go further still. When we got home we watched the rest of the detectorists. Dinner tonight was a chicken stir fry.
