I got up at 7.05 after a good sleep.i had eggs for breakfast. After I had washed and dressed I made some flap jack and a beef stew for dinner tonight. H went upstairs for a bike ride. When he had finished we had our lunch, we both had a slice of toast with peanut butter and a cup of hot bovril . This afternoon we went for a walk, today we did 2 miles. H says we will have to do a couple more 2 mile walks before we go further. Dinner was lovely stew and dumplings.
