I got up just before 6 and had my breakfast eggs. Next we had a coffee and H got the bikes out. We went out for a ride at 9.30 which is early for us, but it was lovely and cool on the track. We went to Whitwell and back . When we got back we had a bacon sandwich and a glass of shandy. We sat in the garden for a while. We watched tipping point and then had our dinner. Pasta in a tomato and herb sauce with grated cheese on top.
