I got up at 6 and was going to have my breakfast outside, but we had some rain over night and the table and chairs were wet so I ate inside. I had a bad ankle yesterday and today it was still sore so I said I wouldn’t go out on my bike in case it got worse and I couldn’t get home again. So I said I would turbo. After about 5 minutes my ankle was fine but my knees were tight as I kept going they got tighter so I only did 5 miles. Our daughter and eldest son came round to see their Dad . Our son biked round and our daughter came in the car with her husband and their daughter and her boyfriend. We all sat in the garden with a cold drink. For dinner tonight we had fish with a jacket potato and a side salad.
