I got up at 5.20 and H had been up for an hour! We were supposed to be going out with our daughter and son in law on our bikes, but we were both so tired we decided not to go. I had my eggs for breakfast and did a load of washing. I emptied the dishwasher and put everything away and then I hung out the washing. We did a bit of gardening until it got too hot and we went inside. For lunch we had some cheese a packet of crisps and a shandy. This afternoon I got the washing in and we watched a film and I cooked dinner. Lamb shanks with a minted gravy, potato wedges, onion and mushrooms for pudding we had 🍐. After dinner I decided to go for a walk I did my usual one. But it was really too hot.
