we both got up at 6 and had our breakfast. I made a loaf of bread. We went to Lidl and H bought a hedge cutter. It was a battery one so he also bought a battery and a charger, he asked the shop assistant if they would work with cutters, they said they thought so but said we could always take it back. Well when we got it home the battery didn’t fit. So we went straight back. We found the right battery but they had no chargers so fit the battery. So home we went again to get the trimmer so he could get the money back on that as well. By the time we got home for the third time it was time for our lunch. We had spaghetti on toast. I worked in the garden all afternoon and after our baths we had dinner, a stir fry with prawns.
