I got up and looked out of the window and it was raining again. H went to the pain cave to turbo and I had my breakfast. Next I emptied the dishwasher and put everything away next I emptied the washing machine and the tumble dryer. The washing that I took out of the dryer was lovely and dry. Next I got changed into my cycle gear ready oro ride on the turbo as soon as H had finished. He put me on a new course that was in Japan. It was nice but it was very hilly so I only did 13.8miles in my hour. Tonight we had a prawn stir for dinner and we also added some chicken I had left over from the weekend.
