I got up at 6.15 and H got me breakfast. Next I washed and dressed and put on a load of washing. Then we went to Asda when we got home I unpacked and put everything away. We hung out the washing and had a coffee.At 11.45 we left home to go to the doctors for me to have a flu jab. When we got home we had our lunch, after lunch I went for a short walk I took my walking poles with me. When I got home again H made me a cup of tea. I had a shower and washed my hair. We had dinner and that is my day in a nutshell. Oh I got the washing in after my walk and it. Was all dry.
