Wednesday

I got up at 6.40 and put on a load of washing. H had made the tea so I poured as usual and cooked my 2 eggs. Next H got all 3 bikes out of the garage and made the coffee. When he looked at sons bike he noticed the tyre was flat so he took the wheel out and mended a puncture. I hung out the washing and read a chapter of my book. We all got ready and went out fot a ride. It was lovely riding along the track so cool and shady. We had drinks and cakes at Reepham station and then home again. (23.57 miles) As soon as we were home I got sons salad and H and I went to Lidl where I bought a chicken and strawberries and cream for dinner.
