 I had a super sleep for once. After my breakfast I got ready to turbo. H put me on a new route which was quite nice. I did 15.2 miles in the hour but I carried on for another quarter of an hour because I was listening to the Archers and it wasn’t over.  The trouble is it was all uphill and I was only doing 4 or 5 miles an hour which took my average right down. In an hour and a quarter I rode 18.17 miles. It’s my first ride at 85 so I can’t complain. For dinner tonight we had duck with roast potatoes, sweet potatoes and parsnips. And steamed broccoli cauliflower and 🥕 carrots .
