Today our son ( who came home last night for the weekend) worked on my back and it is feeling much better. He and I went for a walk this afternoon, it was lovely in the sun but the wind was freezing. For dinner we had steak with mushrooms, broccoli, purple spouting broccoli.carrots and potatoes. It was nice.
