When I got up I emptied the dishwasher and put everything away. I had my breakfast and H came downstairs.we had both had an awful night because it was so hot. I thought we were going out on our bikes but H didn’t want to go he was too tired. So he cut the front lawn instead. We had a coffee and o packet of crisps sitting in the garden. For lunch we had a cheese and beetroot sandwich and a shandy. It was too hot for me to go for a walk, so I did step ups indoors instead we have kept it nice and cool downstairs. Today it got to 32 degrees here today. For dinner tonight we had liver and onions with potatoes carrots and green beans. Tomorrow we hope to go for a ride. I did some gardening this morning.
