Tuesday

I got up at 5.45, put on a load of washing and made a pot of tea. I sat and knitted 3 roes of my cardigan and watched wild earth till H came down. I hung out the washing and for breakfast i had yogurt and a banana. We went out on our bikes and I felt great, we went a mile an hour faster than last time. But when I ot home I was sick! I had no lunch but I had a cup of tea at 4 oclock and for dinner we had baked potatoes, mushy peas and salmon. Now I have an upset stomach again! I had pasta yesterday and i am beginning to think this all be gluten related. I got my washing in all dry. I am going to stay off my bike for a few days and tomorrow I am going to do nothing again.
